Dr. Alicia Curieses Guerrero won the title in Telecommunications Engineering in 1998 from the University of Valladolid, and the degree of Doctor of Engineering in Telecommunication in 2003 from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. He is currently a lecturer in the Department Interim Signal Theory and Communications at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.
